Hailey and Daddy

Hailey got a new swimsuit, so we had to try it. She really liked playing with Daddy, but wasn't quite sure about the water and the trampoline.
Hailey is such a Daddy's girl, as it should be!

It's much more fun to watch Daddy act like a goof than it is to act like a goof with him.
So serious.

Pick me up please!!!

Hailey's 1st Birthday

Hailey's birthday was a while ago, but since most of you weren't able to come I thought I would post some of the highlights. Aaron, Hailey and I had a mini party (just cake and singing) on her actual birthday and then had small party with some friends and family a week later. Enjoy!

Finger licken' good!!

She really wanted the frosting and none of the cake.

Hailey likes to copy her Dada. Can you tell?

Here is the beautiful Backyardigans cake that mom made for Hailey's birthday.

Walton Look-alike Meter

I don't know about any of you, but this is kind of a suprise to
me. I think that she looks more like her Daddy to me.

Fun stuff

Here are some pictures of things that have been going on around here. These first two pictures are of Hailey's first bike ride. She loves going for bike rides, but she doesn't really like her helmet. Too bad she has to wear it!
Hailey and Jack! Next to Daddy, Jack is her favorite. She climbs all over him, pulls on his ears, calls his name and tells him no. She also helps with feeding him. She goes out on the back porch and gets his bowl and brings it in to the laundry room (where the dog food is). We are still working on taking the bowl with the dog food in it back out to the back porch. See mom it's not much different than your house, just less kids :)

Here is Hailey with one of her favorite things to play with, the TV remote. The truly funny thing is that once she has the remote she tries to get your attention so you know that she has the remote. Once you notice that she has the remote she runs as fast as her little legs can carry her to get away from you so you can't take the remote away. What a fun game! Also the TV that she loves to steal the remote from doesn't have a power button on the TV so you have to use the remote to turn it on, this makes the game extra fun!

Easter

I know Easter has long passed, but I think that these pictures from our egg hunt were too cute to not share. In the pictures with Hailey is my niece Andrea. She really enjoyed helping Hailey find eggs and eat the candy inside too.
